excellent hotel experience

vip accesscomfortable bedsunclean pool
I found the vip lift access to the lower parking very convenient. It saved us from walking the steep street. the staff was super friendly and kind. the beds were comfortable. i would rate it 10/10 and i plan to return.
the pool was only 12m long and 1.1m deep. it seemed unsuitable for serious lap swimming. i also observed that the pool looked unclean, with clumps of hair floating around. i suspected it was not cleaned regularly.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel features a heated pool. the convenience of the vip elevator, specifically designed for accessing the lower parking area, proved to be very helpful. the access eliminated the need to walk up and down the steep street.
Location
9/10
the hotel offers two entrances. these provide easy access to the city center. the location is set on a hill, it is away from the bustle of town. it remains close enough for easy access.
Dining
9/10
the hotel provides a good buffet breakfast. i noticed there was a wide array of options. the buffet included smoked salmon and various fruit juices. there was a proper driveway for drop-offs.

My Beautiful King Room had a very comfortable bed and the shower was spacious. The room also included nice toiletries. The room was also super clean. Housekeeping clearly does a fantastic job.
Service
10/10
The staff was always very courteous and attentive to my needs, ensuring I had everything I needed. I especially loved the chocolate hour at 4 PM, such a special touch! Valet parking was efficient. My car was ready when I checked out.
Facilities
9/10
I found the pool and sauna very relaxing after a long day (the sauna was especially nice!). The gym seemed functional, though I did not personally use it. The hotel also has convenient lift access to a lower level, which shortens the walk from town.

The valet service was easy (and efficient!). I had a sirloin steak in the restaurant. It was one of the best steaks I've had. Breakfast was great with many options. Staff members were always helpful.
The air conditioning was quite loud. I could not find a way to make it quieter.

I had some issues. the air conditioner was really loud. I had to turn it off. the restaurant was very small. i was given a room right above the entrance looking directly into some townhouses. I asked for a room with a view. it really wasn't what i expected.
